Passersby report a young man stabbed in a supermarket in Valby to police

TV2 has just published a report about a young man who was found with a stab wound in a supermarket in the Valby area on the outskirts of Copenhagen this evening, Thursday.

Passersby saw the young man who had been stabbed in the Lidl store in Roskildevej in Valby, according to a statement from Copenhagen police, who were called at 8:35 pm today.

Police Chief Michael Anderson stated regarding the incident, "He wasn't stabbed there, and it may have happened earlier in the day." Police are working to determine the location and time of the stabbing, which appears to have been a single stab wound. Police have not released details about the location of the stab wound or the severity of the injury, but the young man was conscious when bystanders saw him, according to police.
