A 10-year-old boy died after being run over in front of his school in Albertslund.

A 10-year-old boy was killed after being hit by a car in front of a school in Albertslund, on the outskirts of the capital, on Monday afternoon, according to a tweet from West Copenhagen police.
The incident occurred in Gamle Landevej, next to the Herstedøster school, where the child was a student.
Police are still working to clarify the details of the incident and a specialist has been called to the scene.
In this regard, the police questioned the driver of a car (46 years old) involved in the accident. In addition, the local police in Albertslund are present at the Herstedøster school with employees from the Albertslund municipality.
The incident was reported at 14:02, and the child's parents were notified.
