Select batches of Haribo's sweets (known in Danish as slik) have been recalled due to the potential presence of small metal particles in the candy bags. According to local media, the manufacturer strongly encourages consumers not to consume products produced during specific batches of various products, including Matador Mix, Click Mix, and Stjerne Mix.

According to a press release issued by the producing company, the cause of the small metallic particles has been found and the company has taken internal measures to prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future.

The products affected are only those with expiry dates between December 31, 2023 and May 31, 2024. No other products are affected. For a list of affected products, please see [link/reference]. Please click here The PDF file can then be viewed at the end of the article.
