According to TV2, Norwegian Air will launch 10 new destinations for the summer 2023 travel season, bringing the total number of direct flights from Copenhagen to 61. Naples and Madrid are among the new destinations for the upcoming summer season, which also includes Bologna and Palermo in Italy, Tenerife in Spain, Bordeaux in France, Manchester in the UK, Porto in Portugal, Pula in Croatia, and Vilnius in Lithuania.
Norwegian Air has seen a surge in demand for flights during the summer, and therefore the company is launching ten new routes from Copenhagen Airport starting from the summer season of 2023. In addition, Norwegian is also working to increase the number of departures on some existing destinations in the summer season by increasing the number of some departures to a particular destination.
Among the destinations to which Norwegian Air is working to increase the number of departures is the Czech capital, Prague, where weekly flights from Copenhagen Airport have been increased from five to nine flights per week.
