SAS Airlines is giving striking workers until 11 pm to confirm their return to work, otherwise they may be dismissed.

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has demanded that its employees who have been on strike since Saturday morning confirm their willingness to return to work before 11 p.m. on Sunday, and has threatened to fire the striking employees.
This escalation comes after the strikers refused to comply with a court order, which twice ruled that the strike must be stopped and they must return to work. The SAS letter states that all baggage handlers at Copenhagen Airport must “unequivocally and without reservation” confirm that they will report to work according to the shift schedule before 11 p.m. on Monday, otherwise they should expect that their employment with the company will be “considered terminated,” in which case the “employee will be considered to have resigned without further notice” effective from Monday.
Copenhagen’s Kastrup Airport was in chaos for three consecutive days due to flight delays caused by a baggage handlers’ strike, prompting some passengers to forgo carrying luggage and stick to hand luggage on board.
