Denmark today recorded a new record for the third day in a row in the number of new infections within 24 hours, as the number of new infections recorded within 24 hours alone was just announced as 40,626 infections, 2,638 of whom had previously been infected with the virus.
The number of coronavirus patients currently hospitalized in Denmark is 825, and 15 new deaths from the virus were recorded in the last 24 hours.
