More than 4,000 infections in the last 24 hours

According to data released by the State Serum Institute on Tuesday, 4,199 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in the past 24 hours, and 6 new cases of the virus were admitted, bringing the number of coronavirus patients currently hospitalized in Denmark to 444.

Four people died from coronavirus in the past 24 hours.

The current infection rate is the highest since mid-December 2020, and in addition to the increase in the number of infections, the number of hospitalized coronavirus patients has doubled in less than a month.
