A 30-year-old man has been sentenced to deportation from Denmark and banned from re-entry for 12 years for causing serious injuries to a person in a traffic accident, according to police in the West Copenhagen region.
The defendant was driving under the influence of marijuana and was medically prohibited from driving. The verdict has been appealed to the Supreme Court.
