Warning: Bottles containing flammable materials left on the ground can cause burns or blindness.

Explosive acid bottles (or acid bombs) have been found in Mølleparken in Sønderborg, and police fear there may be more unexploded acid bottles in the area, according to South Jutland police, who warned residents in a press release to pick up the bottles if they find them in Mølleparken and the surrounding streets, and asked them to contact the police immediately.
Acid bombs are bottles filled with acidic liquid and silver foil is added to them. The lid is then closed, and the acidic liquid and silver foil cause a chemical reaction that creates pressure, which leads to the bottle exploding.
A bottle explosion can cause severe burns and blindness.
When acid bombs explode, the liquid in the bottle can be scattered up to 15 meters, according to Jan Steen Jensen, a chemist in the chemical preparedness division of the National Emergency Management Agency. He also explained that it is particularly dangerous if the corrosive substance gets into the eye, as it could cause blindness.
