Authorities will temporarily close one of the capital's schools starting tomorrow due to coronavirus.
According to a tweet on Twitter, the Danish Patient Safety Agency has ordered the temporary closure of Dyvekeskolen school following a coronavirus outbreak. The closure will last until November 14.
The second school to close within three days
This is not the first school where students have been sent home due to the number of infections. Pupils from grades 1 to 6 at Herstedøster School in Albertslund were also sent home on the orders of the Danish Patient Safety Agency, as there have been no school closures due to Corona since last August.
In the municipality of Copenhagen - where Dyvekeskolen school is located - 2,733 cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in the past seven days, which is equivalent to 427.5 infected per 100,000 people.
