The Ritzau news agency reported that Banedanmark currently has no forecast as to when trains will resume operation as planned.

The company is urging passengers to check the Rejseplanen app.

Screens at Odense Banegård station show that several trains are delayed due to problems with the electrical wiring.

The DSB website reported that several trains are currently stopped on several lines, namely:

Copenhagen H – Helsingør
Copenhagen H København H – Copenhagen Airport CPH Lufthavn
Køge – Næstved
Copenhagen – Roskilde – Ringsted

Electric train service suspended east of Odense

Banedanmark announced via the X platform that all electric train traffic east of Odense has been suspended.

This is due to another overhead power line falling, this time at Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård).

An earlier incident early on Tuesday also halted train traffic between Ringsted and Køge Nord Station.
