Police spokesman Warden Boye Rasmussen told TV2 that the girl had left where she was supposed to meet a younger boy at the station and had turned off her phone.
The girl is 160 cm tall and was wearing dark clothing. Anyone who has seen the girl or has any information is asked to contact the police on 114.
