The person tasked with forming the new Danish government, Mette Frederiksen, announced the new Danish government lineup, which she presented to the Queen. After more than 40 days of government negotiations, considered the longest in Danish history, the negotiations resulted in a government that includes three parties: the Social Democratic Party, the Liberal Party (Venstre), and the Moderate Party. It was called the SVM government, and the ministerial portfolios were divided among the three parties as follows:
