The first annual cultural and artistic festival of the Iraqi-Danish Cultural Forum was held with diplomatic attendance.

With a large participation from various Iraqi and Arab segments, members of the Iraqi Embassy in Denmark, representatives of various Arab and Iraqi bodies and associations, and representatives of political and cultural bodies, the Danish capital, Copenhagen, witnessed on Saturday the activities of the first annual festival of the Cultural Forum, which was held on the occasion of the first anniversary of the founding of the Forum.
The celebration included speeches by the Chargé d'Affaires of the Iraqi Embassy, a speech by the administrative body of the forum, and a participation by the guest of the evening, the Iraqi poet Ahmed Al-Tharwani. The event concluded with a performance by the Ur Ensemble for Iraqi Musical Heritage.
