According to Fagbladet 3F, Lego, Novo Nordisk and Linak have announced pay increases for their employees due to rising inflation.

At Lego, for example, employees will receive a 3.5% bonus on their salaries starting from the beginning of next October.

3f Varde-Billund chairman Willi Nielsen told Fagbladet 3F: “We are of course pleased that Lego has decided to pay extra wages. After all, it is also a very profitable company, and this means that employees can keep almost their real salary. But of course, that is not guaranteed if inflation continues to rise.”.

All employees of Linak in Als also received inflation assistance of 5,000 kroner last August.
