One of the interesting facts about Denmark is that it is home to the world's two oldest amusement parks. Bakken, on the outskirts of Copenhagen, is the oldest amusement park in the world and is currently a 20-minute train ride from Copenhagen Central Station. The second oldest amusement park in the world is Tivoli Gardens, located on the street opposite the Central Station in the heart of the capital. Both parks are great suggestions if you are looking for a fun-filled day out for the whole family.
