نشرت سفيرة الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية لدى الدنمارك أفسانه ناديبور مقالاً بمناسبة يوم القدس العالمي في ظل الحرب الحالية على غزة في فلسطين، ورد فيه (النسخة الاصلية باللغة الإنجليزية في الاسفل):
“المسجد الأقصى، هو أكثر من مجرد مبنى للمسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم. يحظى المسجد بتقدير كبير من المسلمين من جميع الطوائف. المسجد الأقصى في القدس هو أحد المسجدَين المذكورين بالاسم في القرآن الكريم، وكان القبلة الأولى للمسلمين في الصلاة.
للأسف، ظل المسجد الأقصى تحت الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لعقود من الزمن، وكان تدنيسه والقيود المفروضة على دخوله والمضايقة على الصلاة بمثابة إزعاج مستمر لضمير المسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم. ومن أجل لفت الانتباه إلى هذا الوضع، تم تحديد يوم الجمعة الأخير من شهر رمضان المبارك ليكون يوم القدس، وهي خطوة وافقت عليها منظمة التعاون الإسلامي في عام 2012.
يتمتع يوم القدس هذا العام بأهمية خاصة بسبب الفظائع التي ارتكبها النظام الإسرائيلي ضد الفلسطينيين، وخاصة في غزة في الأشهر الأخيرة.
وتستخدم قوة الاحتلال، في انتهاك للمبادئ الإنسانية الأساسية والقوانين الدولية وقوانين حقوق الإنسان، أحدث المعدات العسكرية لإخضاع شعب غزة الأعزل لهجمات وحشية. ونتيجة لذلك، قُتل أكثر من 33000 شخص، معظمهم من النساء والأطفال، ودُفن الآلاف تحت الأنقاض، ويُفترض أنهم ماتوا، وأصيب أكثر من 70000 شخص، بعضهم مشوه مدى الحياة، وتحولت غزة بأكملها إلى أنقاض بعد ستة أشهر من الحرب المتواصلة. لقد تم تهجير ما يقرب من مليوني نسمة من سكان غزة عدة مرات ويتعرضون لأشد أشكال المعاملة اللاإنسانية والمهينة والقسوة، بما في ذلك القتل العشوائي وخارج نطاق القضاء، والحرمان من أساسيات الحياة الأساسية مثل الغذاء والماء والدواء والوقود، والدمار الشامل على نطاق واسع.
إن حملة الإبادة الجماعية لم تستثنِ أي مكان، ولا حتى المستشفيات، ويعتبر مستشفى الشفاء مثالاً رئيسياً على ذلك والذي تحول الآن إلى كومة من الحطام بعد أسبوعين من الدمار والقتل، بما في ذلك المرضى وغيرهم ممن يبحثون عن مأوى فيه. وبحسب التقارير، تم إطلاق النار على الأشخاص من مسافة قريبة، ودُفن آخرون أحياء وأيديهم مقيدة خلف ظهورهم. لا يوجد أي تمييز في عمليات القتل، ولم يتم إنقاذ أي أرواح، بما في ذلك عمال الإغاثة والطاقم الطبي والصحفيين. حتى 31 مارس/آذار 2024، أظهرت التحقيقات الأولية أن ما لا يقل عن 136 صحفياً وعاملاً في مجال الإعلام كانوا من بين أكثر من 33 ألف شخص قتلوا منذ 7 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول. وتكثر قصص سوء معاملة الطواقم الطبية وعمال الإغاثة، وقد قُتل المئات أثناء محاولتهم المساعدة في إنقاذ الأرواح. أو تجنب المجاعة من خلال محاولة توصيل الإمدادات التي يحتاجها بشدة الأشخاص المحاصرون.
وفي الحادث الأخير، تم استهداف سبعة أعضاء من فريق المطبخ المركزي العالمي، بينهم خمسة أجانب، في قصف جوي في 1 أبريل/نيسان 2024. إن استهداف عمال الإغاثة يشكل سياسة متعمدة لاستخدام التجويع كسلاح في الحرب، كما أن تدمير البنية التحتية يهدف إلى جعل غزة غير صالحة للسكن. ويحدث كل هذا في ظل تقاعس مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة بسبب ممارسة الولايات المتحدة حق النقض ضد أي قرار يدعو إلى وضع حد لهذه الهجمات. كما أن الدعم الواسع النطاق المقدم للنظام الصهيوني يشجعه على الاستمرار، بغض النظر عن جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، مع الإفلات من العقاب.
ومع حجم الموت والدمار غير المسبوق في العصر الحديث، فإن أي تواطؤ في هذه الجرائم أمر غير مقبول وغير مبرر. وفي الوقت نفسه، نشهد الصمت والرضا الهادئ أو حتى الدعم العلني للنظام الإسرائيلي من جانب بعض الذين يزعمون أنهم يتمتعون بمكانة أخلاقية عالية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، بينما يرتكب فظائع تتجاوز أي أخلاق إنسانية، ضد المدنيين في غزة.
إن الصور الحية من غزة هذه الأيام ليست سوى لمحة عن المعاملة اللاإنسانية التي يتعرض لها الفلسطينيون من قبل سلطة الاحتلال على مدى عقود عديدة. ومن المأمول أن تهز هذه الصور، على الرغم من كونها مروعة ومفجعة، ضمير أولئك الذين يمنحون النظام الإسرائيلي دعماً ثابتاً لا جدال فيه، لاتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة لإنهاء معاناة الفلسطينيين، والقيادة في النهاية، بدلا من مجرد التعبير عن القلق، إلى دولة فلسطينية مستقلة، ووطن آمن وحياة كريمة لملايين سكان فلسطين – مسلمين ويهود ومسيحيين – وأولئك الذين يعيشون على الصدقات في مخيمات اللاجئين البائسة في المنطقة، وكذلك الشتات الفلسطيني الذين يعيشون في جميع أنحاء العالم .

Marking International Ghods Day
The Al Aqsa Mosque (Masjid Al Aqsa), is more than just a building for Muslims worldwide. Muslims from all sects hold the Mosque in high esteem. Al Aqsa in Ghods is one of the only two mosques mentioned by name in the Holy Quran and was the first Qibla – point of direction for praying – for the Muslims.
Unfortunately, the Al Aqsa Mosque has been under the Israeli occupation for decades and its desecration, restrictions on entrance and harassment of prayers has been a constant disturbance on the conscience of Muslims across the globe. In order to draw attention to this situation the last Friday of the Holy month of Ramadan was designated as Ghods Day, a move approved by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in 2012.
This year Ghods Day has a special significance because of the atrocities committed by the Israeli regime against the Palestinians, especially in Gaza in recent months.
The occupying power, in violation of fundamental human principles and international and human rights laws, uses the most advanced military hardware to subject the defenceless people of Gaza to brutal attacks. As a result, over 33000 people, mostly women and children have been killed, thousands are buried under the rubble, presumed dead, and over 70,000 are injured, some maimed for life, and the whole of Gaza lies in ruins after six months of relentless bombings.
Almost the whole two million inhabitants of Gaza have been displaced several times and are being subjected to the most inhumane and degrading treatment and cruelty, including indiscriminate and extrajudicial killings, denial of the basic life sustaining essentials such as food, water, medicine and fuel, and wonton mass scale destruction.
The genocide campaign has not spared any place, not even hospitals. The Al-Shifa hospital is a prime example which is now a heap of debris following two weeks of destruction and killings, including patients and others seeking shelter in its compound. According to reports, people were shot at point blank range and others buried alive with hands tied behind their backs. There is no differentiation in the killings, no lives are spared including aid workers, medical staff and journalists. As of March 31, 2024, preliminary investigations showed at least 136 journalists and media workers were among the more than 33,000 killed since October 7. Stories of mistreatment of medical staff and aid workers abound, and hundreds have been killed while trying to help save lives or avert famine by trying to get desperately needed supplies to the besieged people. In the latest incident, seven members of the World Central Kitchen team, including five foreigners, were targeted in an aerial bombardment on April 1, 2024.
Targeting aid workers is a deliberate policy of using starvation as a weapon of war, and destruction of infrastructure is intended to make Gaza uninhabitable.
All this is taking place in the face of inaction by the UN SC due to the exercise of the veto power by the United States against any resolution calling for an end to these attacks. The wide-ranging support given to the Zionist regime also emboldens it to continue, regardless, its war crimes and crime against humanity with impunity. With the scale of death and destruction unprecedented in modern times, any complicity in these crimes is inexcusable and unjustifiable.
At the same time, we witness silence, quiet satisfaction or even open support for the Israeli regime by some who claim moral high ground in human rights, while it is committing atrocities beyond any human decency, against civilians in Gaza.
The graphic images from Gaza these days are only a glimpse of the inhumane treatment of the Palestinians by the Occupying Power over many decades. It is hoped these images, though horrific and heartbreaking, will shake the conscience of those giving the Israeli regime unwavering and unquestioned support, to, instead of merely expressing concern, take concrete actions to end the suffering of the Palestinians, and lead in the end, to an independent Palestinian state, a secure home and a dignified life for millions of inhabitants of Palestine – Muslims, Jews and Christians – and those living on handouts in squalid refugees camps in the region, as well as Palestinian diaspora living all across the world.
