Emergency statement from Central and West Sheland Police
A fire broke out in a residential building at Næstvedvej 13, 4100 Ringsted. The fire is producing smoke that is harmful to health when inhaled.
The warning concerns citizens in Ringsted around Balstrupvej, Egevej, Blåbærvænget, Snebærvænget, Solbærvænget, HP Hansensvej, Bavnagervej and Dyssegårdsvej.
People in the affected area should go inside their homes, close doors and windows, and turn off ventilation.
If possible, please pass this message on to other people in the area.
Do not contact the police or emergency services except in emergencies.
