Police fired a shot in Glostrup on Saturday night and arrested a young man.

Police in western Copenhagen stated that shots were fired by officers in Statenevej, Glostrup, on the outskirts of the capital, on Saturday evening at approximately 10:11 p.m. A 23-year-old man was arrested, and no one was injured. A hearing will be held today at the Copenhagen City Court behind closed doors. Police said they have no further comment on the incident.
Police added that, as always happens when police fire, the Independent Police Complaints Authority (DUP) has been notified to investigate the incident.
