Currently, the discount is granted two years before the official retirement age, but after the agreement, it will be granted five years before retirement, at an estimated cost of one billion kronor annually. This is expected to result in an increase in annual income of approximately 8,000 kronor when the discount is fully implemented. (Read about the retirement discount below)

The agreement includes allocating approximately half a billion kroner to increase the "Coast Fund" (kystpuljen), and 450 million kroner for climate protection projects for private homes and heritage buildings that can be restored, allowing the private sector to apply for support. An additional 30 million kroner annually from 2026 to 2029 is allocated to address the issue of student dropout.

A split within the right-wing camp after the agreement was signed.

TV2's political editor, Hans Redder, said the government considers the Conservative Party's inclusion in the coalition a "major strategic victory," explaining that the party secured "tangible political concessions" in exchange for its participation.
