Copenhagen police are currently at Terminal 2 of Copenhagen Airport after an abandoned bag was found near a restaurant within the security perimeter. Police are investigating the bag and have also reportedly begun using a Rullemarie robot, a machine used for checking hazardous materials such as explosives, ammunition, and toxic chemicals. Copenhagen police will provide updates as new information becomes available.
Update: Copenhagen police have tweeted about the result of the bag check, which turned out to be harmless and a false alarm. Police have also removed the security cordon they had placed around Terminal 2 at the airport during the bag check.
