Copenhagen police said in a press release that during an arrest operation Wednesday morning in Valby in the capital region, a man was arrested on suspicion of promoting terrorist activity via social media.
He is accused of violating Article § 114e of the Penal Code by promoting the activities of the terrorist organization Islamic State (ISIS) via social media.

Police wrote that the detainee would be presented during a constitutional hearing at Fredericksburg Court on Wednesday, however it was too early to say anything more at this time.
